Initial release-log baseline
How You Rank now has a standard release log for the shipped app surfaces: game catalog browsing, match and session tracking, player and group pages, ranking-method discovery, and integration reference areas.
Created
- Added a real What's New page at /updates so product changes have one visible home.
- Set the first baseline around the public game catalog, rankings explorer, matches, sessions, players, groups, tools, account, API key, and API documentation surfaces already present in the app.
- Structured release entries around Created, Fixed, and Upgraded sections so future updates can stay readable for players and Scott.
Fixed
- Replaced the missing /updates destination with a working route instead of a local 404.
- Separated shipped product value from in-progress catalog and data-quality research so unfinished batches are not presented as released work.
Upgraded
- Displays the current app version from apps/web/package.json next to each release entry.
- Uses the existing parchment, wood, forest, and burgundy visual system so the release log feels like part of How You Rank rather than a detached changelog.
