How it works
Margin Average is the per-game version of Margin Total. It measures how much you typically outscore (or get outscored by) your opponents.
How it works: Total margin divided by games played. A positive average means you outscore opponents on average.
When to use it: When participation levels differ and you want a fair per-game measure of dominance. Good for comparing effectiveness across different numbers of matches.
Watch out for: Same 2-sided match requirement as Margin Total. Can be misleading with few games. Set a minimum games threshold for reliability.
