How it works
Olympic Medal Points is ruthlessly simple: 3 points for gold, 2 for silver, 1 for bronze, nothing for everyone else. It's the medal table philosophy applied to your game night.
How it works: Only the top 3 finishers score in each match. 1st place = 3 points, 2nd = 2, 3rd = 1. All other positions earn 0.
When to use it: When you want to reward only elite performance. It creates high-stakes tension around the podium and ignores the difference between 4th and last place.
Watch out for: Players who consistently finish 4th or 5th will have 0 points despite solid performances. This can feel unfair in smaller fields.
